Agile Coach

As the Agile Coach, you will develop a suitable framework and concept based on agile principles within dedicated business scope. The principles are turned into methodologies with an underlying agile mindset and culture. Moreover, you maintain and continuously improve agile concepts and related methodologies and coach Project Teams and related stakeholders in all terms of the elaborated framework.

Your area of responsibilities includes the following tasks:

• Drive the implementation of "Agile Development / Project Management" as the main improvement measure to increase Project Efficiency and realize targeted ASPICE Levels;

• Development, piloting and implementation of agile concepts based on existing frameworks across all levels and departments involved in a project;

• Fostering Agile team culture to apply agile methodologies sustainably;

• Adaption of the agile concepts to project individual needs and further (e.g. PLC/ASPICE) requirements;

• Usage of techniques that increase information flow, collaboration and transparency and promotes an agile mindset culture;

• Enablement and supervision of Project Teams as an agile coach, integration of agile principles and values in the organisation;

• Training of agile methods and related toolings to dedicated stakeholders and coaching of the respective project teams;

• Facilitation of Project Team workshops (e.g. increment planning, retrospectives) based on agile principles;

Job requirements: 

• Completed studies in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar;
• Longterm experience in working in a global set-up with international teams;
• Several years of work experience in agile frameworks on team-level;
• Experienced in giving trainings for larger groups;
• Experienced in the facilitation of agile solutions (e.g., scaled agile framework implementation with more than eight teams);
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills optional preferred;
• Communication skills (moderation, presentation, negotiation) as well as mindset to guide, motivate and inspire;
