Reliability Testing Engineer

We are looking for a new Reliability Testing Engineer colleague who will perform validation tests according to the specific automotive, national or international standards regarding the lifetime of the product and the behavior from functional point of view by defining, developing, adapting and/ or using manual or automated test within the predefined Qualification Program considering processes, procedures and testing quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Translates test plan requirements into test setup requirements.
• Perform reliability tests according to OEM and international standards.
• Monitor parameters and maintain records of all the compliance testing during design and validation stages.
• Ensure testing process is conducted completely according ISO17025 accreditation requests.
• Develop testing sequences to enable the lifetime test equipment to function as requested for all reliability tests.
• Perform integration and trial runs of tests systems, routine system verification/maintenance, provide technical training to the laboratory personnel and write test reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering or related field. At least basic knowledge of all basic electronics components is required.
• Min. 2 years experience in the technical area.
• Proficient multitasking between multiple complex projects.
• Good communication skills - within teams and multiple locations worldwide.
• Experience in automotive components development/production area is a must.
• At least basic knowledge in software programming.
