Core Activities:

 

Sample Coordination:

 

  • Planning and ordering of samples, preparing overview external/internal samples, interface to PTS, maintaining GPS PT (new orders, actual orders, cancelling obsolete orders);
  • Sample assembly and delivery tracking, overviewing the progress through different assembly statuses and making sure its on time delivery;
  • Tracking of sample cost together/as interface to RnD-Co, show deviations, foster improvement measures to reach budget compliance/target costs;
  • Overseeing the quality of the assembly process and making sure continuous improvement process is set for future quality KPIs achievement;
  • Take over PM tasks for debit management of samples = interface to Sales/PTS/Controlling;
  • Overseeing Customer validation of samples in case of external samples.
     

Budget monitoring:

 

  • Support interfacing activities with R&D representatives for maintenance of RnD Effort estimation and needed Budget;
  • Providing overview of actual project Cost vs Budget and plausibility of future costs vs budget using JIRA for effort estimation and SAP/GPS;
  • Supporting clarification of costs booked on project, provides overview on project deliverables vs actual RnD costs
  • Supports GPS/SAP budget overview maintenance;
  • Support for reporting preparation in case of Budget overrun;
  • Supports project profitability checks (influenced by BOM updated, Internal or External Change Requests or R&D changes).

 

Administrative and organizational activities:

 

  • Define and maintain standard presentations (for steering, management review, Cost reduction programs);
  • Support organization of workshops, meetings (agenda/administrative activities and postprocessing - MoM, follow up and track);
  • Supporting reporting meetings (Steering, QBR, Customer review, etc);
  • Decision & Escalation Preparation .


JIRA set-up and tracking:

 

  • Initial set up of JIRA Kanban / BigPicture / Project Structure (including necessary templates, filters, routines, formulars, standard reports, How-to slides) and providing the support, updates & maintenance along the project;
  • Provides consistency check and update of Project schedule in conjunction with JIRA Big Picture;
  • Basic Tool onboarding for PM (JIRA/BigPicture/Structure/Dashboards...) for new employees / onboarding.
     

Task Management in JIRA:

 

  • Estimates, plans own tasks;
  • Defines own tasks prioritization;       
  • Initiates review sessions for own tasks.
     

Change Management:

 

  • Tracking of all Change Request, either internal or external driven, in JIRA;
  • Overview of change content and status (technical impact/ status of approval / negotiation status / costing etc), JIRA maintenance including improvements requested by the quality department.

 

Collaboration:

 

  • Addresses internal or external contacts to perform own tasks;
  • Establishes direct contact network needed for daily activity;
  • Initiate knowledge sharing sessions within own group.
     

Continuous improvement:

 

  • Participate to workshops or brainstorm meetings and contribute with own ideas;
  • Performs mentoring for other colleagues.

 

Process Methods and Tools:

 

  • Responsible to follow the work related processes or methods and use the specific tools;
  • Highlights processes issues and triggers for changes;
  • Participate and performs test cases in pilot projects.

  • Act in accordance with environmental health & safety & energy legal requirements and internal standards, rules  and work instructions applicable in the area of responsibility and follow ESH & Energy policies;
  • Comply with health and safety regulations  art. 22, 23 from  319 / 2006 law, and with internal rules and standards  and health & safety instructions applicable to the job;
  • Act in accordance with Law307/2006 regarding fire prevention , art 19-22 and fire prevention general  and specific internal rules.
