Software-System Quality Manager in Project

We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Quality professional with passion for implementing change and driving continuous improvement.

The SW/SYS Quality Manager in Project is responsible to plan, implement, drive and monitor the quality measures in internal or customer projects on SW and System discipline level in order to fulfill the quality project objectives and agreed requirements, with respect to the available norms and standards.

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Responsible to plan quality assurance measures on SW/System project level. (e.g. Quality Plan). Responsible to drive quality activities at organizational level.
• Responsible to define and agree the quality targets with the customer and to ensure that Customer Specific Requirements are fulfilled. 
• Responsible to develop, maintain and agree with customer the Qualification Plan on SW/System level.
• Control safety criteria in own area of responsibility. Develop, introduce and drive measures in order to avoid safety cases.
• Responsible to track and monitor quality status for assigned project and to assure process compliance.
• Responsible to escalate critical issues. Responsible to initiate and monitor countermeasures when  nonconformities are identified. Responsible to moderate the root cause analysis and to ensure the establishment of corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible to report the quality status of project to relevant stakeholders, defined KPIs and status of defined measures.
• Performs and attends internal process audits / Quality Management System audits (co-auditor or lead-auditor) and supports on preparation in case of internal / external audits.
• Ensures that lessons learned are collected, documented, communicated and considered in the project(s).
• Supports piloting and roll-out of new/ updated processes in the project. Supports, trains and coach the project team on quality process topics.
• Contributes to process definition and process improvement.
• Responsible to prepare and deliver requested presentations in the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Advance Knowledge of SW/System development process and methodology;                                                        
• Advance Knowledge of Quality methods and techniques (e.g. moderation, problem solving, audits);
• Advance Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO, ASPICE, MISRA, IATF 16949:2016) - available certifications is a plus;
• Basic Knowledge of coding principles and test techniques;                                            
• Advance Knowledge of customer standards and norms related to quality;                                                     
• Advance Knowledge of Project Management Methodology;                                                        
• Advance Knowledge of Training and presentation skills;                                                        
• English language skills at a proficiency level;
