Support the Production environment of our assets for our customers throughout the CEE;
Monitor the status of the service, incident management, problem management with root cause identification, performance analysis, service availability (ITIL processes);
Learn and understand the complex technological multilayer architecture landscape;
Work closely with Development, QA, RM and other departments in order to learn and understand how to resolve issues raised by banks;
Produce and maintain documentation (incident reports, root cause analysis, various other reports, knowledgebase);
Assist our customers.
What we expect from you?
Enrolled in a Degree program in Information Technology or equivalents at the time of the internship;
Proper attitude for work, willingness to learn (open minded, fast learner, open to new technologies);
Familiarity with web-based applications and basic resolution of issues;
Problem solving attitude, show understanding of E2E flows;
Basic knowledge of Databases, SQL, operating systems (UX based), internet protocols and computer networking;
Verbal and written English skills; good communication skills;
Focus on customer satisfaction and commitments to deadlines.
