Marketing Communications Officer

We are eager to meet a wizard of marketing with over 3 years of experience who can do magic at Târgul de Cariere. 

About the job: 

Now it's the best time to join Târgul de Cariere, as we prepare the autumn edition of employer branding & networking events in 7 cities. While we continue to innovate and improve our events, you will have the time to learn more about our events, culture, customers & audience, but most importantly, you will have the opportunity to practice & develop your marketing skills and experience. You’ll be joining our marketing team in the journey to communicate about our services with clarity and educate our users to make the most of their participation experience. You’ll be responsible of advertising on multiple channels, and constantly optimising advertising campaigns based on analytics. Also, you'll have to work closely with our Public Relations Manager to implement our product-led content strategy, manage the content calendar and make improvements on a regular basis.

If you are…

• a team player, highly motivated, proactive and passionate about social activities and career fairs; 

• a passionate marketer with critical thinking and minimum 3 years of experience in advertising; 

• interested in using technology to solve problems and possess knowledge about content distribution and analytics to assess content performance; 

• an excellent communicator in Romanian and English, with the ability to work under pressure and to juggle multiple tasks, even on short deadlines; 

• friendly and humble who pays attention to details and technicalities with a flexible approach in order to solve problems;

What would your duties be? 

• Create advertising strategies and organise meetings to ideate and gather input from the extended team regarding our content marketing projects

• Generate creative ideas and develop content together with the PR Manager for our events, newsletters, presentations, social media pages etc.

• Implement online (Adwords, social media ads etc.), media (tv, radio, livestream and press releases) and OOH advertising campaigns according to the seasonal communication strategy;

• Manage our website (https://www.targuldecariere.ro/) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) 

• Build and maintain relationships with our service providers & associates;

• Identifying opportunities of growth for our brand

• Measure results and report seasonal analysis
