Retail Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Specialist to join our team in Cluj Napoca. Objective for the role:  best-in-class content (messaging & visual assets) to be posted on all retail platforms, starting with Amazon - in a user-friendly language and B2C-appropriate verbiage and approach. Contribute to the creation of a scalable model for building/ replicating eCommerce stores, by developing a “Retail Tool Kit” with up-to-date, relevant content.

What you will be doing:

• create & maintain impactful user-friendly content on all EMEA retail platforms (with guidance & direction); manage daily operational topics with eRetailers - starting with Amazon
• create a Content Toolkit (to make expansion easily scalable), including detailed descriptions/ USPs, visual assets, etc. Keep them updated, relevant for all promotions & retail events.
• Review inventory, compliance with agreements (especially on pricing & discounts) on our eRetail stores (and brick & mortar once also, upon launch)
• Coordinate translations, create A+ content; product pages and contribute to their optimization
• Ongoing/ regular competitive research in the segment (as needed)
• Collaborate w/ WFH Team - Program / Project Manager(s) mainly, and in-field Business Development Managers  to assure qualitative outcomes and the growth of profitable retail sales on our EMEA platforms.
