Consultant Order Fulfillment

Job opening: Consultant, Order Fulfillment in Cluj-Napoca (Hybrid)

1 x Senior role with English, French or German would be a plus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with our dealers and customers as well as internal teams to ensure on time & complete delivery of orders;
• Handle the entire life cycle of an order/project, production scheduling & order amendments, delivery planning, logistics, export;
• Get early visibility on our customers’ projects pipeline to anticipate risk factors, mitigate them, create solutions with our business partners and influence business outcomes when needed for a perfect execution of our projects;
• Actively balance service excellence with cost awareness by making informed decisions & applying critical thinking;
• Track metrics and translate them into valuable insights to drive excellence in your day-to-day activity with dealers & customers;
• Share knowledge and offer coaching in different scenarios: pre-order meetings with sales/dealer, during project execution and delivery planning, train dealers on how to use Steelcase order management tools;
• Keep a critical eye regarding project execution, raise the issues faced and elevate for resolution.

• A dedicated professional with relevant experience in related fields (production environments, business services, logistics);
• A good problem solver who can keep commitments;
• A visionary that can work transversely, meet objectives of delivering excellence to our customers;
• A good communicator who can build a strong network;
• A positive and active teammate with strong analytical capabilities, that easily deals with ambiguity and navigates business complexity;
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new things;
• A very good English speaker, second language French or German would be a plus.

What to expect in the first 6 months:

• Get familiarized with our strategy, company mission and values. Connect with your key customers and colleagues. Have markets assigned to you start working independently. Meet face to face or virtually with your key internal partners across Europe.

In 6-12 months: 

• You will build trust with the customers in your assigned markets. Continue to expand your network an impact across the organization. Contribute to team success through continuous improvement initiatives.
