Steelcase Cluj is looking for a Product Specialist - LineOne to join the Operations team; The purpose of the product specialist is to act as a consultant and provide professional product advisory about viability, attributes, positioning and competitive comparisons prior to order. The service is provided to Steelcase dealers partners, Steelcase sales team, dealer designs, architects and design firms across EMEA.

Our Product Specialist team is one of the cornerstones of the Steelcase Service, a key point in the sales process and on the design of new working environments for our customers. Therefore, we are looking for a person with strong communication, customer centricity and investigation skills to assure valuable insights and information is being provided to our customers.

What you will be doing:

• Advising our specialist retail partners on our product portfolio
• Provide information about product features and technology
• Identify and propose potential improvements to products, instructions, brochures, trainings, price lists, P-Con etc.
• Close collaboration with product marketing
• Advice and strong communication from other departments
• Structure and organize all the knowledge related to the function to make it easily accessible in the knowledge management platform
• Drive process efficiencies and effectiveness using Lean, Think and project management techniques, and may lead improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related areas preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Willingness to learn
• English and German advanced level
