The EMEA  Product Launch & Learning team works on foundational items that make GREAT launches, and on ways to make more IMPACT so that new products and applications can ramp up FASTER. We play a central role in enabling and speeding up Market adoptions through products & applications trainings, organizing events and offering promotional campaigns. 

What you will be doing: 

In this role, you are going to lead and/or support various launch tactics and product learning activities. The tasks are, but not limited to:  

• Dealer Showroom Offer coordination for new products. 
• Analysis and report creation. Transform data into insights.  
• Product learning administrative support.   
• Launch sampling activities implementation for new products. 
• Liaison with Product Marketing managers, plant representatives, Logistic and Order Fulfillment teams to ensure successful launch sampling activities.  
• Communication channels management – content for Launch Box and Product Learning page. 
• Communication about Product Launch & Learning – news / tools / activities / events on different platforms. 

What we need from you:

• 1-4 years working experience preferably in an international environment.
• Design thinker with creative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of people throughout the company and external audiences, including leadership.
• Ability to collaborate, persuade, gain alignment, negotiate and influence global teams. 
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Digital dexterity. 
• Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for results.
• Advanced level of English; French/ German would be a plus (French preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
