Your responsibilities will include:
· Management, control and optimization of activities based on supply net planning, including customs procedures, with the basic task of 'making the right product available to the sales organization at the right time and in the right place;
· Coordinates the definition of the supply plan for products that are packaged in STADA
· Coordination of the transfer of products in and out of STADA’s facilities, as well as the launch of new products.
· Uses SAP and APO system for planning needs. In this sense, he is working to ensure all conditions so that the planning process can proceed smoothly.
· He is in charge of improvements and optimizations related to the process of planning and providing information to sales organizations.
· Recognizes possible areas of improvement, implements improvements and optimizations through projects.
· Creates the necessary analyzes that are the basis for decision-making in situations that can be defined as escalations and that require management action.
· He is responsible for coordinating the preparation of reports that are the basis for calculating global KPIs.
· He is responsible for defining and properly implementing, and calculating KPIs for the SEE production cluster.
· Work on intercompany contracts, update them with the actual situation and positive legal regulations, and perform constant supervision over the lists of products that the contracts contain. Defines and organizes the interfaces of the organizational unit with other key participants in the process.
· Performs operations, primarily export and import operations, in accordance with relevant national laws and rules.
