• Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing new software systems.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application for adapting them to the customers’ business needs.
• Multiple tasks related to designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting software systems.
• Works closely with business analysts and vendors/customers to gather requirements in order to ensure the customer’s business needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and provides resolution. Fix defects in ServiceNow modules.
• Prepares and modifies technical documentation. Documents the source code with comments and writs technical documentation.
• Researches, evaluates and recommends new development tools and applications as appropriate.
• Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application.
• Modify Workflows based on changes in Business/ Operational Processes.
• Administer, maintain and support the existing ServiceNow modules.
• Validate technical solution proposed by the integrator company before development
• Reports on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes.

• Good communication skills verbal and written (primarily English)
• Degree or other diploma in Computer Science or information technology or a comparable training in communication technology and electronics
• Intercultural knowledge
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Experience developing or working with any of the following languages: SQL, JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, HTML 5, PHP, or C
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2
• Ideally experience within cloud based ITSM environments at larger enterprises
• Implementing ITIL based processes in companies
• Strong interaction with the business
• Proven experience in all aspects of the software development process
