  • Email filtering (Mimecast, Symantec Cloud, Websense Triton, SEG)
  • Powershell scripting
  • AV solutions (McAfee, Symantec, Trend Micro, Sophos)
  • MDM Technologies (Mobile Iron, AirWatch, BES)

Technical Background: at least Service Desk Level 1 experience

Behavioural Skills

  • Basic network skills;
  • Must have very good customer facing skills and be well presented;
  • Must have an assertive, confident, positive and a professional manner;
  • Strong attention to detail in logging support calls, updating call details and managing call closure;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident telephone manner;
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities;
  • Able to work in a busy, fast-paced and demanding enterprise environment;
  • Flexible and adaptable to the business demands.

Job description

    • Offers Infrastructure Support for the customers managed by the DCS Critical team;
    • Ensures the daily maintenance of the clients' infrastructure;
    • Analyzes the tickets generated by the SCC monitoring systems as well as the escalated ones from the Service Desk;
    • Keeps all assigned tickets up to date;
    • Accurately documents each ticket related to the actions taken and the next steps to follow;
    • Takes ownership and responsibility of all tickets assigned to him;
    • Helps in delivering and implementing new projects to customers, according to assigned requirements and tasks; 
    • Creates and maintains up-to-date work procedures and instructions; 
    • Works closely with colleagues and other departments to deliver successful services at the highest standards;
    • Works in accordance with existing SCC standards, procedures and processes, in addition to the internal policies;
    • Plans, raises, presents and implements changes for the customers in support;
    • Reviews incidents and problems over a limited period of time and proposes long-term solutions.
