Excellent Language Skills: French and English
· Bonus when you can speak more of the following languages eg. Spanish, Italian, German

· Experience in Customer Support eg. IT Support, Technical Support, SaaS is an advantage
· Knowledge of HTML and CSS are a plus but not required

Job description

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Agent

· Receiving and handling customer requests by Emails and phone calls

· Advice and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS

· Onboarding of new B2B customers throughout web demonstrations

· Processing and documentation of the customer experience

· Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base

· Development of the internal and external knowledge base
