Job Mission:

The Human Resource Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Also manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) is developed and managed properly using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. This position will also conduct full life cycle recruitment support in sourcing the best talent for Joysonquin Automotive Systems Romania as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning.

• Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs;

• Demonstration of a good understanding of the management and development of creative programs in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred;

• Prior experience within a HR management position in a multinational & manufacturing environment;

• HR experience including talent management and performance management;

• Organizational Development and Recruitment fields are mandatory;

• Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs;

• Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirements;

• Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management;

• Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports;

• HR Project leading and organizational change management experiences;

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred;

• Coach certificate;

• Organizational change management experiences.
