Description:

  • Processes incoming cash either by cheques or bank transfer onto the system
  • Processes Self Billing documents onto the system
  • Liaises with other teams within in respect of cash/query allocations
  • Performs first contact with customer via email
  • Works to strict deadlines
  • Monitors daily unallocated items/ unprocessed Self billing documents


Requirements:

  • Attention to details
  • Problem solving & analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi tasking, time management
  • Good level of English
  • German language knowledge would be a plus (B1/B2)
