Responsabilities:

Customer master data management tasks: sets up new
Customer accounts and maintains all Customer Data attributes on the existing
ones
·
Price management tasks: sets up, maintains, and
retires customer specific pricing as required
·
Extracts standard system reports when required by
Sales associates or by other Departments
·
Prioritizes all activities to meet established
service level agreements (SLA) and team measures (KPI)
·
Works with various internal customers (eg.
Sales/Finance/Web Team) in a collaborative manner to effectively and
efficiently support the commercial teams
·
Liaises with Sales associates/other stakeholders
when further clarification of job to be done is required to ensure the task is
completed accurately and effectively
·
Acts as an SME for all the operational issues
(problems customer data, system issue, escalated process matters, audit
request)
·
Offers technical support for the team’s Process
Analysts(on all processes and regions handled within the team)
·
Reaches deadlines in line with SLAs
·
Addresses escalated queries
·
Trains the new team members if needed
·
Provides support to the Team Manager and offers
advice on process related issues and on process improvements
·
Monitors the implementation of both existing and
new company procedures. If needed drafts new procedures or updates existing
ones
Requirements:
·
Good language skills both written and spoken in
English and German
·
Experience with ERP (eg.AS400/SAP) and CRM (eg.
Salesforce/SAP C4C) tools
·
Capacity to work under pressure and to meet
deadlines
·
