Operations Manager Data Specialist

We’re looking for our Operations Manager that will help us cover the data side of our operation. That means you will be working directly with data, analyzing it, learning it, seeing what possibilities we have with it so that together we can decide on the best course of action.

What we need you to demonstrate:

• Technically Inclined – Excelent MS Office package skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel (VBM), excelent G-Suite with an emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Data Studio, advanced computer troubleshooting.
• Previous CRM, Database, Work Force Management knowledge.
• A letter of recommendation letter from your previous employer.
• Motivation to learn and grow with us.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with integrations.
• Determination to not give up easily and persevere in the face of adversity.
• Balance – know when to push and when to stop and ask for help.
• Logical thinking – put pieces of the puzzle together and achieve results by looking at the bigger picture.
• Great communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language – Able to hold a conversation in a professional environment without difficulties. Know how to speak and write in a grammatically correct fashion.
• Analytical skills.
• Bonus: Previous experience with dialers is a plus.
