We are looking for an Account Senior Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
Strong experience in client relationship management, partner or account management, preferably focus on HR/ payroll
Experience in providing business development or account up sales in the professional services industry is a plus
Deep understanding of the international payroll business, platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate growth and innovation
Strong leadership and communication skills are important to act as influencer and consultant for all stakeholders
Experience with HR/ payroll technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
Fluent in English
Required Bachelor in Business or Finance. Master’s in Business or Finance will be considered as an advantage.
Job description:
Help our strategic account transform and grow their business with Mazars, by identifying short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution
Manage the contractual arrangements with clients (master service agreement, service level agreement etc)
Drive performance management through monthly/quarterly reviews
Build strong relationships between Mazars firms and partner resources to design tailored solutions in the HR/ payroll market
Guide partners to build improved solutions and define roadmap to evolve various collaboration areas
Identify an effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market activities
Support business development and coordinate opportunities
Work on partner prices matrix design to minimize pricing and quoting time, make proper decisions, resolve issues with local leadership and escalate as required
