Have at least 3 years’ experience sourcing and recruiting in the Professional Services industry or in a recruitment agency delivering relevant candidates for our industry
Can assess candidates thoroughly and non-bias, and make sure they are the right fit for the Mazars team and culture
Have strong understanding of the difference market practices and candidate expectations for jobs in our industry
Have great stakeholder management skills, proactiveness in keeping partners up to date and a consultant approach
Have excellent communication and consultant skills, to create the best candidate experience – yes, this includes career coaching, offering post-interviews feedback and following up on your pipeline

This new role in the HR team:
Will be responsible for proposing best go-to market approach, sources, and solutions for continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Will handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all lines of service, dedicated year-round to hiring experienced positions and focusing on the junior recruitment campaigns as per our industry usual calendar
Will communicate, a lot, to both a high number of active or passive candidates, and to our leadership team
Will keep all data bases up to date, prepare reports on the candidate pipeline and ROI from different sources
Will advise on candidate profiles, candidate experience, and onboarding experience
