Requirements:
BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology (or
related field)
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,
etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes and recruiting software
(phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, eJobs, and HR software, databases, and
management systems will be an advantage
Responsabilities:
Work closely and partner with
hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
for each position (IT and R&D roles);
Create and maintain a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull
from as new positions open up
Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to
find talent
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative
recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Create and release job descriptions and announcements to appropriate job board
etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct phone interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
