Tasks:
· Work closely and partner with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications for each position (most of the positions are in the field of IT and R&D, technical positions)
· Create and maintain a database of qualified active and
passive talent to pull from as new positions open up in Germany (our location
in Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany);
· Stay active with current with job boards, social networks,
and platforms to find talent;
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and
execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates;
· Follow up on interview process status and update records
in internal database (Cornerstone);
· Develop and update job descriptions and job
specifications;
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social
media (familiar with LinkedIn, XING) etc.
· Create specific reports for the recruitment department and
follow KPI's;
· Conduct phone interviews/technical interviews using
various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
within schedule;
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft
skills, experience and aptitudes;
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
· Will replace the Team Leader of the recruitment team when
is necessary.
Nice to have:
· BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology
(or related field);
· English language (minimum B2, ideally C1)
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter (3-4 years of
experience);
· Ability to conduct different types of interviews
(structured, competency-based, etc.);
· Hands-on experience with various selection processes and
recruiting software (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.);
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making
skills;
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and
internet search;
