- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (German is a plus)

- Providing local IT support for end users
- Exchange Mailbox Administration
- Active Directory Administration
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, workstations, mobile and digital phones
- Landesk Console Management
- Print & Scan
- Backup & Recovery
- PBX administration
- Access Control
- Networking: CISCO Switches configuration
- Monitor and maintain servers, printers, PBX
- System documentation / system analysis
