Leads the Sampling & Product Auditors team in the plant for samples (A-, B-, C- and D-) and pre-production phases
Forecasts the Sampling & PA workload, plans the needs of resources and ensures the efficiency of the team
Plans the control and sampling activity for components, semi-finished goods and finished goods
Checks that reports for the samples (EMPB / PPAP) are due on time and exhaustive
Applies KPI and leads dashboard
Is part of Project QRQC activities and supports Industrial Engineering for efficient Project QRQC management
Performs product and process audits (according to VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949)
Plans and ensures training for transmission to Production Inspectors and Operation Quality Auditors for WPA and Assembly
Integrates all relevant lessons learned from serial production,
Deals with all quality points which happened at customer during sample phases
Performs risks analyses and leads quality activities for technical changes impacting products, processes and means
Is responsible of the approval of production processes according to customer requirements and internal procedures
Manages and validates the quality reports (internal, external)
Is responsible of new equipment approval during samples (A-, B-, C- and D-) and pre-production phases
Leads the problem-solving methodology and is skilled for the quality tools PPAP / EMPB
Participates and/or facilitates to quality activities in project phase: quality tools, FMEA, Quality Plan monitoring, etc.
Is skilled for statistical analysis SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK
Leads product and process requalification procedures according to updated or new customer specifications
Manages the technical documents of the customer (drawing, additional drawing, technical change)
Your skills:
Engineering university degree
Experience 3 years in leading a team
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949
High level of customer orientation, social and intercultural competence, individual responsibility, team player, assertiveness, ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
