Supply Customer Service Specialist

The Professional we are looking for should have:

University Graduate, preferably economic profile 

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in supply chain and/or customer service ideally in FMCG industry, but not mandatory. Previous POS deliveries experience is an advantage

Advanced knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word, Power Point, previous experience with SAP or any other ERP system are mandatory 

Fluency in English 

To fit the role, we look for someone analytical, with process oriented thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and, most important, passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction.

Job description

Direct reporting to Supply & Customer Operations Manager The main role is to ensure a sustainable and reliable customer service according to ‘operational excellence’ best practices by implementing effective processes and procedures which have them focus on customer satisfaction. The purpose is to take overall responsibility over the following processes within the organization:- customer operations – managing the order-to-cash flow, from order to invoice, including complaint handling and EDI; Main KPIs responsibilities: Overall service level / Overall customer satisfaction.
