What a Purchasing Reporting Specialist does:

• Evaluate and implement data analytics on purchasing and corresponding financial data

• Perform regular reporting for all Purchasing departments & teams

• Create and maintain global database for purchasing data

• Improve and assure data entry quality according to defined criteria

• Study, evaluate, and re-design work processes; implement changes

The next Purchasing Reporting Specialist needs:

• University degree in Economics or Technical field
• Professional experience in an international environment (automotive industry preferred)
• Very good English knowledge, German is a plus
• Enhanced experience in Reporting, Statistics, Data analysis
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Micro Strategy (preferred)
• Distinctive self-confidence / ability to assert oneself
• Analytical skills, attention to details, structured way of working
• Willingness to travel and work in an international team
