What a Global IT Security Specialist does:

• Coordinate, evaluate and analyze mid-level and complex IT-security incidents in all sites of the company, as well evaluation and implementation of countermeasures
• Implementation, development and support for the IT-Systems and policies necessary for the detection of security incidents (for example IDS, SIEM, etc.)
• Offer assistance for staff with the purpose of solving possible security incidents
• Monitor the global IT-threats and derive suitable measures
• Independent writing of final reports

The next Global IT Security Specialist needs:

• Successfully completed studies as an IT-Specialist and/or a degree in Business Informatics
• Experience in IT Security is an advantage
• Certifications in the security area, for example GCIH, CISSP, CEH is desirable
• Very good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
