What an Team Leader CAD Engineer Automotive does:

Coordinates and optimizes the activity of the CAD department

Monitors the correct implementation of AEM’s in production

Responsible for the production of samples / final production regarding the supports of the connection boxes, clips, tiles

Follows the elaboration and administration of the worksheets (KFB), the construction and transposition into production of the cutouts on the worksheets, the issuance and administration of production layouts, the plotting of the drawings and the construction of the drawings according to the drawings received from the Customer Centers

Follows the way of carrying out the work instructions necessary for the good development of the activity in production

Optimize the product by reducing costs or the manufacturing process and by increasing efficiency on the line

Establish annual targets for subordinate staff

The next  Team Leader CAD Engineer Automotive needs:

University degree in technical mechanics

Experience in personal coordination and engineering projects

Communication, planning, organizing skills;

Motivation and self-motivation skills;

Knowledge of the product program;

Very Good English skills – German is a plus

MS Office knowledge

Experience in using CAD programs
