To support our Channel Partner Team in Eastern Europe, we are immediately looking for a

(Junior) Channel Sales Representative (f/m/d)

at our HMS location in Sibiu (Romania)


Your Tasks:

  • You proactively work on our target market and support the further development of sales partners & distributors in the dedicated Eastern European region.
  • Step by Step you will build relationships with important Key Stakeholders.
  • In close cooperation with distributor sales teams, you create new business opportunities for HMS Networks.
  • You build relationship with end customers, together with the distributor, to better understand their needs and enhance HMS´s position.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales programs and campaigns together with the channel partner.
  • In cooperation with our Field Application Engineers and Product Marketing team, you can train and develop distribution partners in relation to our product lines, target applications/markets and sales methodologies.
  • Your tasks also include to provide accurate and timely forecasts.
  • You keep the CRM system up to date with all sales-related activities and are responsible for data integrity in the system.
  • The creation of performance reports as well as the regular presentation to the management is in your hands.   
  • Travel approx. 50%.

Your Qualifications

  • You have good experience in selling technical solutions.
  • In addition, first insights in the area of sales/channel management would be a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of sales, channel structures and market access and have a good insight into the industry and the relevant markets.
  • You have a high social and intercultural competence and like to bring this into the work with an international team.
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills are among your strengths.
  • You are characterized by a very structured, independent and process-oriented way of working.
  • You speak and write English fluently; German or other languages are an advantage.
  • Industry knowledge (automation engineering, building services engineering and other technologies) is a big plus.
