WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for an Accountant Analyst. Processing incoming third party invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures is what you are all about!

• Work with accounting, finance and transport management systems
• Reconcile daily receivable and payable transactions
• Book and approve incoming supplier invoices
• Book bulk cleaning and social assurance invoices
• Check outstanding invoices and payments status
• Cooperate with planning and finance departments to ensure timely payments execution
• Adhere to KPIs and its follow-up
