Inviting applications for the role of Fulfillment Leader – Assistant Manager – Spanish – Remote EMEA/EU!


•    Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks;

•    Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the process operating procedures or direct manager.

•    Manage the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring all customer expectations are met or exceeded.

•    Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and Site managers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.

•    Develop and implement efficient order fulfillment processes, continuously improving and streamlining procedures to increase productivity and ensure On-time delivery of parts to customers.

•    Collaborate with external partners such as carriers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal service levels.

•    Analyze order data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance order fulfillment performance.

•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration ensuring smoother fulfillment.

•    Checking for Global inventory across sites and geographies to fulfill critical orders by initiating the appropriate internal process for inventory movement.

•    Coordination with Planners/Buyers for order with no PR/PO and ensure completion

•    Coordinate with buyers to expedite material supply from Suppliers for critical orders.

•    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while processing / expediting orders including customs and import/export laws of countries in Europe.

•    Follow-up new part activation with Sourcing & Planning

•    Support on Expedite Project (Services & Planning)

•    Support on Expedite Project (Sourcing & Warehouse)

•    Transport invoice cost analysis per priority

•    SMI Reduction- look for opportunities to reduce inventory by offering alternate parts.

•    Experience with Handling Drop shipments.

•    Placement and follow-up of PO requisition

•    Data collection Import & Export. Import & Export clearance including compliance letter.

•    Follow-up new part activation with Sourcing & Planning

•    Contact planning to verify item relationship.


•    Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.

•    5+ years of experience in order fulfillment.

•    Strong understanding of international shipping and customs regulations

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to develop and implement process improvements and manage change effectively.

•    Proficient in using order management systems and other relevant software tools.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

•    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
