Cluster Referent

Your role:

The Cluster Referent oversees the functions involved in a cluster, up to many clusters. He/she supervises the various engineering activities for his/her scope, for all the technical tasks of development, integration and test.

• Participates in the definition of complementary or refined functional requirements, with different stakeholders and the Factory System Architect

• Participates in the definition of key non-functional requirements, complementary or refined:
  

                  - Safety (operational security), performance, cyber security

• Participates in resulting system architecture:

                  - Components refinement

                  - Functions refinement 

                  - Functional chains from the use-cases, and additional for non-functional aspects

                  - Interfaces between components

• Defines the technical activities for the realization of functions / clusters and contributes to the backlog accordingly;

• Supervises technical activities and ensures that functional and non-functional issues are considered;

•  Ensures a clear understanding of the technical decisions made by the architects and their implementation in the different technical activities;

• Participates in defining milestones with the System Architect

• Ensures that the technical environment is in place in connection with the SW Tools & Automation Engineer;

Your profile:

• B. S. in computer science or a related field;

• Good understanding of core software development processes and principles using Agile methodologies (preferred embedded software systems);

• Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role ;

• Experience Embedded / Automotive area;

• Experience with analysis, review and drafting of requirements (Doors/Reqtify/Integrity etc); 

• Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
