Responsibilities:

Making travel reservations for Rail, Car and Hotels via email, phone and chat;
- Processing travel cancellations and/or refunds;
- Assistance to travelers during unexpected travel difficulties, such as flight
delay, bad weather, etc.;
- After-sales support for customers inquiries, such as cancellations,
complaints, rebookings, etc.

Requirements:
- High
school or Bachelor degree;
- Previous experience - nice to have, but not mandatory;
- Very good interpersonal and client relationship management skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
