Are you driven on shaping, developing, and enabling Elektrobit’s Talent Management & Acquisition strategy on a global basis? Then join our global HR team and lead the changes for having state-of-the-art processes with impact on more than 20 locations worldwide.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic development & concept creation - You analyze target group-specific needs and help to conceptually shape the strategic talent management or talent acquisition roadmap.
  • Career landscape and Competency Management – You define a global career landscape to retain and develop the talents in the organization, as well succession planning.
  • Global Onboarding and Mentoring- You define a global process and give guidance to countries.
  • Performance management - You support the business development by adapting and improving our appraisal process
  • State-of-the-art recruiting process – You continuously improve and harmonize the recruiting process globally. Work closely with Employer Branding, Recruiting Community and Hiring Managers  to support the business targets and to offer a positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Pipeline - You revise and expand our talent framework and talent pools internally and externally, identify and drive talent/recruiting KPI’s, and other relevant talent initiatives.
  • Digitalization - You continuously analyze optimization and digitalization potentials of our processes.
  • Process documentation – You revise, maintain, and update the process related information sources

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, HR, or social sciences.
  • You have +5years of experience in the areas of talent management and talent acquisition in similar roles as HR Business Partner with recruiting background or Global Roles in Center of Competences.
  • You have project management skills, an independent and structured way of working, as we organize our work as projects with milestones and deliverables.
  • You are attracted by the holistic approach of conceptual design and operational implementation.
  • You have excellent communication skills – easily communicate with the business and stakeholders
  • Strong Ownership and commitment on deliverables
  • Customer orientation and analytical thinking.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) - official corporate language 
 
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in an R&D company in automotive or software/ IT.
