Travel Expense Specialist for Employee Affairs (German Speaker)

What will you do            

• Check and approve travel expenses of employees in accordance with internal and tax regulations; offer support regarding legal/fiscal changes; answer queries from employees and line managers regarding travel expenses

• Quality assurance: Verify and document the results of colleagues during the monthly sample check of paid travel claims; verify, calculate, and correct travel expenses in specific cases to assure the correct reimbursement of costs

• Carry out cost-effectiveness audit of Deutsche Bahn concession cards

• Check of travel bookings associated with travel expense reports

• Contribute to further development of processes and systems and provide support in future projects

How do you know you are the right fit
            

• Education/ Training: University degree

• Professional experience: 

  • Professional experience is an advantage

  • Good to very good Microsoft Office and SAP skills

  • Strong customer and solution orientation

  • A strong sense of commitment and responsibility as well as the ability to work independently and accurate

  • High attention abilities as well as the ability to apply and implement creative learning

• Languages:

  • Good to excellent German (minimal B2)

  • Good to excellent English (minimal B2)
