What will you do
Check and approve travel expenses of employees in accordance with internal and tax regulations; offer support regarding legal/fiscal changes; answer queries from employees and line managers regarding travel expenses
Quality assurance: Verify and document the results of colleagues during the monthly sample check of paid travel claims; verify, calculate, and correct travel expenses in specific cases to assure the correct reimbursement of costs
Carry out cost-effectiveness audit of Deutsche Bahn concession cards
Check of travel bookings associated with travel expense reports
Contribute to further development of processes and systems and provide support in future projects

Education/ Training: University degree
Professional experience:
Professional experience is an advantage
Good to very good Microsoft Office and SAP skills
Strong customer and solution orientation
A strong sense of commitment and responsibility as well as the ability to work independently and accurate
High attention abilities as well as the ability to apply and implement creative learning
Languages:
Good to excellent German (minimal B2)
Good to excellent English (minimal B2)
