We’re looking for an exceptionalHuman Resource Information Specialist (HRIS)for our client in France.
The idealprofile ofHRInformation Specialistcombine human resources knowledge with technical experience.
May assist in maintenance, troubleshooting of HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems.
Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data, develop reports.
Researches and resolves customer inquiries/requests, or system problems, performs scheduled activities, recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Maintains data integrity by running queries, analyzing data and communicates this information to end users.
Reviews existing business processes, policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Attends meetings for process deadlines, issue and root cause identification, options for solutions, transition and hand-off.
Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, computer science or related field.
The ability to troubleshoot technical issues as well as develop and implement strategies to address problem areas with human resource technology.
Two years experience in resolving customers’ inquiries, requests, or system problems which includes researching issues, analyzing data, interpreting information; providing direction, guidance and instruction, or processing data change requests using an internal automated system.
