REQUIREMENTS:  

* University degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

* At least 2-3 years experience in material purchasing

* Advanced level of English

* High communication skills

* Excellent commercial and negotiation abilities

* Microsoft Office strong skills (excel skill for analysis)

* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

* Analytical abilities, team-orientation, problem-solving and communication

* Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems – is considered an advantage

* Ability to read technical drawings – is considered an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* RFQ phase of high volume/high Quantity articles

* Purchase of the project specific/high volume parts

* Process RFQ’s per brand: article list, drawings

* Analyze EUR volume per brand /article

* Analyze info per brand: look after opportunities, 80/20 rule

* Assist the Procurement department for several activities

* Spent analysis’s of the various suppliers

* Download (preliminary) Boom lists from PDM (drawing data base)

* Add purchase/logistic info from PdC (our ERP system)

* Close cooperation with the CSi Procurement department
