Responsibilities:

Maintains functionality and efficiency of the information technology systems and networks

Monitors and reviews the status of main IT operations, gives guidance and direction, coordinates staff assignment

Ensures protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects

Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices; gives input to align and support company processes with available information systems

Providing technical support or training for systems and networks

Act as link between end users and higher level support

Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Monitor system and network performance

Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)

Coordinates the activity of the team

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (Information Technology or Computer Science, preferably)

Relevant experience in a similar role

Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications

Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

Experience in network management and help desk support (is appreciated)

Organizational and coordination abilities
