Job Summary:
As a member of the CRS Moldova project team, and in close coordination with Caritas Moldova, you will provide day-to-day deliver of responsive, effective and efficient project administrative activities in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work to serve conflict-affected Ukrainians in Moldova. You will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of project resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.
CRS is hiring for this position for 6 months, with the opportunity to extend. CRS will also consider consultancy agreements for candidates who prefer this option.
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications
Required Languages – Written and spoken proficiency in Russian required. Proficiency in English or Romanian is a plus.
Travel – Must be willing and able to travel within Moldova, including to border areas, up to 50%.

Internal: Project Manager, Project Officer, other project team members, Chief of Party, Operations Manager, Technical Advisors
External: Caritas Moldova staff, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection officials, local government officials, community and Church leaders, UNHCR, cluster coordination coordinators
