Technical Customer Support with English

Crosswork is now recruiting for its client, a multinational company, candidates fit for the position of Technical Customer Support with English in Iasi.

Professional Requirements. The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level;
- Be available to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS-based applications;
- At least average technical skills needed in understanding client requests as well as performing technical and network troubleshooting;
- Be fluent in English (writing and speaking);
- Past experiences with offering support to international clients are a plus.

Personal Skills. The ideal candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic with a willingness and ability to learn;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team but also under their own initiative;
- Be organized;
- Be professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

Duties will include:
- Provide first-level contact and apply resolutions to customer issues;
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
- Update customer data and produce activity reports (logging);
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
