Act as a key focus point with respect to the processes, products and country specific regulatory matters (Team Go to person); coordinate the development sessions for the ongoing “team up skill plan” to assure highest potential in win opportunity closure;
Design and maintain updated process maps for the DBAM team;
Architect the optimal design plan aligned with Colt proposals in order to meet customer needs and future demands;
Conduct comprehensive internal research in order to identify up sell and cross sell potential;
Mapping existing customer solutions and propose improved alternatives aligned to the market;
Design and scale, with our offerings, infrastructure diagrams for our key customers;
Offers support in building complex bespoke pricing for non-standard requests (Global sip, NNI, CIC, etc);
In Life opportunity & Go process support for big deals.
Role requirements :
3+ years experience in Telecommunications, background and/or degree in Engineering.
Pre sales, inside sales or sales experience is a plus;
Experience with designing technical diagrams and solutions;
Eager to learn, resilient, self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
Languages: Advanced English is mandatory, German or French is a plus
