Our team is responsible for building sign in verification apps via mobile that allows you to securely access your data via 2-step verification, ensuring that you, and only you, can access your app accounts. It integrates with Android system features by communicating with our backend to and grant proper application access.

Main Task and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced QA to join the Android platform team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining sign in verification apps across Android phones and tablets.

What you will need to do:

Analyze/Refine requirements and validate through testing cycles.

Partner with test team members and understand customer use cases and build relative test plans.

Develop and maintain high quality functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for Android Verify app using TestRail.

Clearly communicate and document quality plans for Android platform and dependency scrum teams to review.

Validate bug fixes and recommend product improvements on Android devices to ensure seamless user experiences for Google’s major and minor upgrades to their operating systems.

Education:

University degree in Computer Related Sciences.

3+ years of software test experience for Android mobile applications.

Experience in using Android tools for debugging and log retrieval.

Experience with mobile continuous integration/continuous deployment process.

Fast learner, responsible and result oriented personality.

Excellent communication skills (phone, email, slack, instant messenger etc.).

Experience with security concepts and single sign-on a plus.
