SCCM Administrator - Medium level

Your profile / required skills:

We are looking for a system engineer with 3+ years of experience in designing, configuring and monitoring System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure in an Enterprise environment. There should be a good understanding of the SCCM hierarchy and being able to deploy with ease software packages, drivers, OSes or Windows patches.

Knowledge, skills and abilities: 

• Strong experience (at least 3 years) in SCCM 2012 and above
• Good knowledge in SCCM deployments, software distribution, user/device collections management
• Good knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, WINS, LAN/WAN)
• Knowledge in Active Directory and group policy
• Expert in monitoring Windows 10
• Good experience in scripting: VBscript, Powershell
• Basic experience in configuring SCCM environment
• Would be a plus knowledge in SQL, Microsoft Access and Exchange, VMWare/vSphere, HyperV and/or Citrix environment, software packaging tools and technologies (Admin Studio, AppV, MSIX), ITSM 

Your tasks:

• Administering the Software Distribution Infrastructure (software package distribution, OS deployment and patch management, creating collections)
• Configuring SCCM server (maintain a working and stable SCCM environment)
• Troubleshooting deployments, environment and SCCM clients (remediating issues, error handling, analyzing logs and providing solutions)
• Monitoring and health checking of Enterprise devices (maintain active devices, creating SCCM reports, asset inventories)
• Must be able to offer with ease 2nd tier support
• Provide solutions for new or existing customers/projects
• Provide technical training and step-by-step documentation in-house
