You must have:

• Ongoing or finished studies in Human Resources or related fields (Sociology, Psychology).
• Good knowledge of MS Office software.
• Have passion & eagerness to learn new things in HR.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have effective organizational skills & flexibility.
• Excellent team player and an independent worker as well.
• Good command of spoken and written English – German is a plus.

What you will be doing:

• Posting positions on the external platform: LinkedIn.
• Screening of applicants on job announcements.
• Schedule interviews.
• Updates candidate’s status.
• Sourcing of new candidates on LinkedIn.
• Sending feedback letters via LinkedIn to non-eligible candidates.
• Support the local Onboarding process.
• Getting involved in team projects.
