PROJECT MANAGER GERMAN

Your profile:

    ·       Have a bachelor's or a master’s degree;

·       Have at least 2 years’ experience within PM in automotive/aero projects;

·       Bid Management experience: offer preparation, business development;

·       Knowledge of project management methods acc. to PMP and/or Agile;

·       Have the ability to plan, make decisions and take responsibility;

·       German language knowledge – minimum B2 (mandatory);

·       Strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude;

·       Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results;

·       Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity;

·       Soft skills: result orientation, ability to analyze, team player;

·       Have the ability to engage productively within teams;

·       Competence to define, initiate and maintain process improvements; 

Your role: 

·       Manage projects and services end-to-end;

·       Define project planning and monitor its implementation in terms of task, time (schedule) and financial (capacity, tools, or supplies services, materials and products);

·       Analyze, estimate, coordinate and control project activities;

·       Commit to deliver high-value for Clients, high-margin for the organization;

·       Strong involvement in bid process;

·       Deal validation process following group rules in place;

·       Enable the organization to build the best differentiated and winning proposal to client;

·       Responsible for capacity utilization and for resource planning of all teams;

·       Identify efficiency potential. Control and monitor measures to increase efficiency;

·       Responsible for quality delivery and for all KPI’s;

·       Root cause analyze for mistake + mitigation actions;

·       Responsible for the skills development of teams. Manage Training plan aligned with staffing plan;

·       Actively identifying and eliminating problems and risks in project;

·       Change Management;

·       Decide and implement specific project management support on troubled projects;

·       Create and present project progress and results (weekly or monthly);

·       Status reports to the overall project management.
