SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT / PLM TEAM LEAD

Your profile:

•         Technical degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science background desired;

•         5+ years design & implementation experience on complex, large scale distributed applications;

•         Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods;

•         Broad architecture skills, covering application, infrastructure, data and integration;

•         Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile;

•         Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly;

•         Experience in client service role would be advantageous;

•         Language Skills: German – (B2/C1/C2), English (advanced) 

Your role: The ideal candidate should has experience in architecting large solutions (evaluating from the portfolio, investigating technical solutions, defining overall architecture (E2E), interfacing with other projects (ERP, HR etc). He should be able to size workload of large engagement, assist in pre-salesand passionate about working with customers to help build applications at scale:           

o   Knows functionally and technical large part of Siemens portfolio: Teamcenter (mandatory), Simatic, OpCenter, Tecnomatix (mandatory), NX (mandatory), Polarion, Mendix, Mindsphere;

o   Can make large engagement quotations (man efforts, identify risks, dependencies, make plans);

o   Can report as the leader of the technical implementation of a Siemens PLM Implementation project;

o   Is involved in Consulting / Implementation / Migration, Interface, Upgrade / Application Maintenance Support;

o   Knows how to manage a technical team for delivery;

o   BPMN / TOGAF or other architecture frameworks;

o   Is communicative, adapts his style for management and can deep dive technically;

o   Can develop and explain a master vision of the plan;

o   Happy with planning, quotation, management, design;

o   Positive mindset;

o   Agile Methods / SAFe.

·       We consider it a PLUS if you have: 

o   Managed large deliveries including a wide portfolio of Siemens Technology (Teamcenter, Simatic, OpCenter, Tecnomatix, NX, Polarion, Mendix, Mindsphere, etc.;

o   Directed a PLM Practice with above 50-100 people and have been actively involved in large RFPs;

o   Experience with both the functional and technical aspects of Teamcenter solution;

o   Knowledge in different modules of Siemens: Teamcenter, Simatic, OpCenter, Tecnomatix (for example), T4S, dispatcher;

o   Good knowledge in architecture modelling: data and system modelling, road mapping, functional capabilities;

o   Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base;

o   Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT Management;

o   Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate & mobilize resources, and deliver results.
