EDUCATION
AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Technical, Law or Economist Degree would
represent an advantage)
· Very good English knowledge both verbal and written
· Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, impeccable Excel, Power Point,
Outlook
. Min 2-3 years of contract administration
. Willing to travel abroad and/or relocate Project based
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
· Min. 3 years’ experience on similar position or procurement background
· Previous exposure to large engineering and construction projects represent
advantage
· FIDIC Contracts knowledge and experience represents an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparing and reviewing business contracts for the purchase or sale of
materials and services
· Preparing tender packages for inquiry
· Follow up with the tender inquiry completion
· Participate to commercial discussions, keeping minutes of meetings
· Prepare contracts, purchase orders
· Ensures that the items and services are purchased from specified suppliers
and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions
· Seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements
· Reviewing planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and
manages approval process
· Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents
to supplier
· Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed
· Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports
non-conformances
· Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiency
Contract Management that involves:
· Monitor, as defined within the contract, contractors progress against the
contracts specific requirements
· Manage all the requests for change orders
· Payments management as defined by specific contracts
· Cost reporting against spend curve
· Follow up with completion of contract deliveries
· Maintaining relationships with multiple interfaces (management, client,
vendors)
