Marketing and Business Developer Manager

Our Marketing and Business Development Team located in the Bucharest office is growing.  The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Requirements: 

• Strong and confident communicator
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent English
• Copy writing skills required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience on similar position
• Construction market experience is a plus
• Available for travel/business trips
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications represents advantage
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Market research and benchmark analyses on trends and innovations in the construction/real estate industry
• Development of relevant market and potential analyses
• Expansion and development of a network for targeted customer approach and customer retention
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare and participate to client presentations
• Pre-qualification and tender documentation preparation
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Enter and maintain leads into CRM as needed;
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan;
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success;
• Maintaining relationships with multiple interfaces (management, clients, vendors, media)
