Typical works include:

Administrative support:

  • Maintains direct contact with suppliers of the company;
  • Is responsible for centralizing specific documents;
  • Is responsible for verifying contracts and all documents related to contracts;
  • Is responsible for recording data in the company's computer system;
  • Is responsible for preparing reports in the company's IT system.

Outsourced process support:

  • Request information / documents from suppliers, both by email and by phone;
  • Properly guide the supplier on how to complete the required documents and provide ongoing support;
  • Analyzes and verifies the correctness of the information in the documents received from suppliers;
  • Centralizes the information in the company's IT database;
  • Filters the answers and records them correctly in the files, depending on the requirements of the work process made available to the employee;
  • Support provided to customers and suppliers for other requests that are not passed in the work procedure, but that the employee can provide independently;
  • Keep in constant contact with the team leader and report any errors or mistakes, reported blockages;
  • Participates actively in solving team tasks.

Tools:

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
