Administrative
support:
Maintains direct contact with suppliers of the company;
Is responsible for centralizing specific documents;
Is responsible for verifying contracts and all documents related to
contracts;
Is responsible for recording data in the company's computer system;
Is responsible for preparing reports in the company's IT system.
Outsourced
process support:
Request information / documents from suppliers, both by email and by
phone;
Properly guide the supplier on how to complete the required documents
and provide ongoing support;
Analyzes and verifies the correctness of the information in the
documents received from suppliers;
Centralizes the information in the company's IT database;
Filters the answers and records them correctly in the files, depending
on the requirements of the work process made available to the employee;
Support provided to customers and suppliers for other requests that
are not passed in the work procedure, but that the employee can provide
independently;
Keep in constant contact with the team leaderand
report any errors or mistakes, reported blockages;
Participates actively in solving team tasks.
