Data Protection And Compliance Specialist

This role will be part of the Bearing Point internal Group Compliance function, which is responsible for the groups ethics program , covering Anti-Corruption and Bribery, AML, Sanctions, Business Ethics and Policy Governance and the groups Data Protection and Information Security program. The role will focus on Data Protection and Information Security matters.

Role

• Reviewing legal documentation and technical documentation for Data Protection relevance
• Support in writing data protection consents and privacy statements
• Check on a regular basis that all companies webpages are up to date for data protection consents and statements
• Prepare information material for the group in data protection matters
• Manage a GDPR tool supporting the groups obligation to show all data flows and related data processing register
• Communicate with all countries / employee levels

• 1+ years professional experience in the field of GDPR, Data Protection including data and information security, preferred in a law firm or corporate legal or compliance department;
• Experience in reading and analysing legal documentation and product related documents within the technology field
• Law Degree
• Very good English language knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Good MS Office 365 knowledge
• Great analytical and problem solving skills
• Work autonomously on tasks but act as an active member of the team
